Unlike the Studio version, the use of the Home Edition is limited to 90 minutes per week. In addition, the maximum performance is limited to 75% of the studio version. This restriction serves the safety of the exerciser.
Yes you can. With the Visionbody app you are able to control another Visionbody box and suit. You can comfortably do a joint training session with your partner.

Each device is paired to a personal Visionbody account and could not be switched to another account.

For care and maintenance of the fabric the following washing guidelines are recommended:
Gentle cycle (easy-care) at a maximum of 30°C. Maximum spin speed: 800 min. Wash the suit in the mesh laundry bag that is provided, do not turn it inside out. Fasten all Velcro closures before washing.
An appropriate sports or mild detergent (without bleach) should be used. Do not use fabric softener.

The Visionbody system is a highly effective muscle stimulation training programme that should be used no more than twice a week for 20 minutes each time.
20 minutes of Visionbody training is the optimal load for your body.
In addition you have the possibility of switching to a CARDIO programme or to begin a MASSAGE programme.
The Visionbody powersuit can be used to give all sports activities a “boost”.
Apart from swimming, all activities are possible.
Due to the high efficiency and the accompanying muscular effort, we recommend that you do not do more than three sessions of 20 minutes each per week.
The body needs time to regenerate and process the training that is done. For health reasons, this has caused us to limit the usage to 90 minutes per week.
People with cardiovascular disease, pacemakers, cancer or epilepsy should not do EMS training. EMS training should not be used during pregnancy, but can certainly be used to effectively get back into shape after pregnancy. Further information regarding risk factors may be found in this document.
